What we collect and why.

Draft in preparation. The final legal wording is being completed with the company's registered operating details, so this page describes current practice in plain language rather than a finished legal document.

Details you share

Enquiry forms ask only for the details needed to reply: your name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, your role and the topic you are interested in. We do not ask for student academic records, identity documents or payment details on this website.

Where those details go

When the email service accepts an enquiry, it sends the message to the SkillUpster company address, official@skillupster.com, so our team can reply. The website does not save the enquiry message in a database or create an account or dashboard for visitors. Email delivery and the company mailbox handle the message; your reply address is used to answer your enquiry.

The website does keep short-lived technical records that are needed to stop automated abuse of the forms. These hold no names, messages, raw email addresses or raw network addresses — only one-way scrambled values and timestamps. Expired records are removed when the next enquiry safety check runs; if the site is inactive, they can remain longer.

Sending depends on the email service being verified for our own domain. Until that is complete a form cannot send, and it says so plainly instead of showing a false confirmation. A confirmation on this site means the email was accepted for delivery; it is not proof that it reached the inbox.

Community registration

Website registration is not open at present, so this site does not collect registration details. You can join the WhatsApp community directly instead. Future website registration would need secure storage and ways to change or remove your details.

Marketing choices

If you request updates, we email your selected interests and contact details to our team so we can follow up. This is a request handled by our team, not an automatic mailing-list registration. You can ask us to stop at any time by writing to official@skillupster.com.

Location map

The location map is provided by Google Maps. When it loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives technical information such as your network address. Opening the full map takes you to Google Maps and its privacy terms. The map shows the neighbourhood of our published address; this website does not request your device location.

Community membership

Joining our WhatsApp community happens inside WhatsApp and is governed by WhatsApp's own terms. Visiting the website does not add you to the community, and community membership does not create a website account.

Try AI Avishkar — a short preview

The live AI tool is for adults only (for example a parent, teacher or business owner), who must confirm this before sending. That confirmation is not age verification and does not make any text anonymous, so please enter only a general question or idea with no personal, student, health or confidential details. Learners can read prepared examples instead. When an adult presses "Ask", the text, plus the previous exchange held on the page for follow-up context, is sent from our server to Lovable AI, which passes it to its model provider (OpenAI) to write a reply. This website does not keep the idea or reply in a database, email or log. Lovable and OpenAI process the text under their own terms and may keep request records for a limited period for security, abuse prevention and service operation; we do not claim zero retention. A signed cookie lasts up to one hour. Server-side hashed identifiers, attempt counters and a first-reply timestamp enforce up to two requests and a 60-second window after the first answer. Failed service attempts may count towards the allowance. These records contain no conversation text or raw network address; expired rate-limit records are removed during subsequent guard checks after two days. AI replies can be wrong and never guarantee results.

Children's information and media

Please do not put a child's name, school, contact details, health information or other private details in the idea box or a general enquiry. If a photograph or video on this site concerns your child, contact us with the page link so we can review that item.
