Programme agreements

Programmes for institutions and organisations are agreed in writing before any work begins. That agreement sets out the scope, schedule, fees, cancellation notice and any refund terms for the specific engagement.

Changes and cancellations

If dates need to change, we work with the institution to reschedule wherever possible. Cancellation and refund handling then follows the signed agreement for that engagement.
